Home > One Library at a Time > Studying Spanish in Panama

I was lucky enough to receive a grant from the William Peace Foundation to study Spanish for 2 weeks. The plan is to study for a week, do a library, study for a week, do another library for week. So, I am in Panama for 1 month. I began my work in Bocas del Toros on the island of Isla Colon in Panama. I studied for a week at Spanish by the Sea with a wonderful teacher Patricio. A big thanks to Spanish by the Sea for giving me a discount since I am studying Spanish to improve my work with libraries. For me it is a matter of respect to learn the language of the people I work so closely with to create libraries.
